One Brand I just fell in love with,One I moved on from & One I ride or Die for....
Thursday, July 2, 2020
As some of you may know, I like to resell clothing online primarily on the app Poshmark as a way to make some extra money from home and to clean up space. I know many of you are also resellers, or debating taking the jump. So I want to talk to you guys about three brands that fall into three categorize that can help you with your business. The categorize are: One Brand I just fell in love with, One that I had to move on from, and One that I still ride or die for.

Lets start with one I just fell in love with, that being Ganni.
These are the three brands I want to highlight on this blog post and how I felt about them. Hopefully this helps you when it comes to reselling or just give you more info on current brands. I love to know what you think of these brands yourself !

Lets start with one I just fell in love with, that being Ganni.
Ganni is a Danish cult brand started in 2000 by art connoisseur. The Creative Director Ditte Reffstrup describes it as ‘Scandi 2.0’ — it’s more playful and colorful than the androgynous and bohemian stereotypes in her hometown of Copenhagen. They like to design items that can be easily worn at any time of the day dressed up or down. Like their more fancy dress with sneakers. Ganni was original know for there chunky sweaters that are still cult classic.
I found out about Ganni through IG Influencers and bloggers. I started to see the white block label everywhere and was even about to buy a beanie before my trip to New York. When I notice it was sold out i realized this was a brand I need to look out for especially when I could not find the hat anywhere and the sold price on Poshmark were great.
Last week I found my first item and took the risk of picking up the item. The item was up less then an hour when It sold. With two offers sent right away, the item I did end up selling it lower then what I originally planed to do to small link flaws I had not seen originally but it still sold quick and fast, and even more importantly with a good profit. Definitely a brand I will be on the lockout for in the future.
The brand I had to move on from is Show Me Your MuMu, now don't get me wrong I love this brand for myself and definitely will pick up when the price is correct and an in-demand item. I found that it just dose not sell at all like it used to, and items are still priced pretty high at times. Even trendy in-demand items take a weeks for the right offer to come by. One of the big things I picked up from them was bridesmaid dress but even those have not been as popular, with weddings not happening due to everything going on.
How do you feel about this brand ? Are you still picking it up or have you moved on.
One I still ride or die for is Gal Meet Glam yes the news we got a couple of weeks ago did sadden me as this brand is one of my personal favorites. What I have found is that people are still picking up items and in search of certain styles. I truly think it has to do with so many people falling in love with these timeless pieces they want to make sure they have there favorites before they are gone for good. I think that Julia Engel is such a popular blogger that people are still going to want a piece of the brand even when its gone. I could definitely seeing people wanting original Gal Meet glam dress later on in life if Julia Engel starts a new brand since its part of her story.
These are the three brands I want to highlight on this blog post and how I felt about them. Hopefully this helps you when it comes to reselling or just give you more info on current brands. I love to know what you think of these brands yourself !

Always Eat After 7 PM Book Challenge Conclusion
*disclosure: This post is brought to you by our sponsor, “Always Eat After 7 PM”. The opinions expressed below are my own.
The Always Eat After 7 PM Book Challenge really helped me out this
last month when it came to reaching my health and fitness goals. With this
book, I was able to understand how important it is to listen to one’s body and
let it actually fast. Not only has that helped me set up a routine that is easy
to follow not just now but also in the future. I love that It also
help me come up with a routine first thing in the morning that now everyone in
my home also follows. Which is why I feel many of you would be able to do also,
“One of the simplest 3-Minute
Fat-Burning Morning Rituals, lemon water is a glass of water mixed with the
juice of one half of a lemon. This drink provides all the benefits of regular
drinking water, which supports weight loss, digestive health, physical
performance, and cognitive function.” I
love this routine and see so many benefits from it first thing in the morning.
With it being summer break for me, I
think following the challenge through the summer if not longer. I will most likely drink my warm coffee first
thing in the morning as I work on my business but love that if I go out to an
event I will be able to eat my favorite summer treats with no regret and be
able to enjoy my summer. I plan to follow it thought my vacation since it’s so
easy to follow in my opinion and I deffnitly see changes that I have never achieved in the past.

Always Eat After 7 PM Goals Update
Monday, June 15, 2020
****This post is brought to you by our sponsor, “Always Eat After 7 PM”. The opinions expressed below are my own.
Hi everyone, this post is an update on Always Eat After 7 PM and the goals I
had set for myself when I first introduced the book to you guys. If you remember,
I wanted to feel more in shape because of my upcoming vacation and more than anything
wanting to see a change in my body since I been feeling not my healthiest. The challenge in the book Always Eat After 7 PM
has definitely helped especially with shelter in place still happening here in California.Always Eat After 7 PM
has made me listen to my body when it came to eating. Like I mention in my last
post that you can read here. I do not like eating breakfast at all, one of the
biggest take away I took from the book is that, “Going
without breakfast is part of intermittent fasting (IF), also called
time-restricted feeding (TRF). IF is a pattern of food consumption that cycles
between fasting and eating in specific time periods. There are various ways to
do it; one of the most common is the 16/8 protocol, which involves 16 hours of
fasting—typically done overnight—with an 8-hour window in which to eat each
day.” Since I was already starting the day later due to shelter in place
I found fasting easy to achieve and my body actually reacted positive.
A benefit I notice from fasting
was more energy to work out and not just that I found that I was losing weight
without giving up carbs, if you ask me it always a plus. One of the other things
I truly love about the book is the variation of recipes that are actually very tasty
and simple to make. There are also recipes I would never even thought I could
make or have when trying to lose weight and get in shape.
Like that ice cream up
above!
I definitely want to recommend
this book and challenge for all of you trying to get ready for summer or for anyone
trying to just be healthier. Always

One of the big reasons I choose Always Eat After 7PM to read and highlight on the blog was because
of my summer vacation I had planned to Mexico. Also because lately I been
feeling very sluggish and simply not at my best shape. Prior to coming across
to this book I had already had been committed to doing cardio and strength
workouts every day and that actually was going well and had no struggle keeping
that goal. However, when it comes to nutrition,
we’ll let us just say, that is a whole other story, and if I am being honest it
is where I always tend to fail.
Anyone else with
me?

and how to purchase here.
I am the type of
person who is not hungry in the morning; ever since I was young, I just never
liked eating in the morning. As I grew
up and started working out felt like would interfere with my workout. However,
when the afternoon comes around hunger finally hits me and I want to eat
everything in sight. What I found from the book is that Always
Eat After 7 pm
is “a three-phase program that teaches you how to lose big by strategically
eating big when you are naturally hungriest—in the evening. This may sound too
good to be true, but let me assure you it is no gimmick. It’s all about making
strategic and smart food swaps, and you can still eat your favorite foods.” That’s why I found this book and
the program offers a great fit for me it is tailored to what my body is asking
for without a struggle. If you tend to get hungry in the afternoon I truly
challenge to pick up Always Eat After 7PM
I was lucky enough to be able to
interview Joel Marion writer of always Eat after 7PM and have him answer a couple of questions I
believe would be beneficial to everyone who is deciding to check out the book.
Me: First question I have for you is what inspired
you to write the book?
Joel Marion: After authoring 6 best selling books it was glaringly
obvious there were 2 huge misconceptions about dieting that needed to be
exposed. The first is that you can't eat late at night or before bed, which
science now shows is NOT true. And second, you can't eat large portions that
satisfy your natural instinct. This book solves both these problems by
providing an evidence-based, enjoyable approach to dieting that can be used by
any person to quickly achieve their weight loss goals.
Me: One of the main questions I been getting through my social
media accounts for you is. How difficult is the Always Eat After 7 PM plan to
follow?
Joel Marion: It's not. And that's exactly why I wrote the book.
While any diet is never truly easy, it can be more enjoyable and much easier to
adhere to when you understand how Always Eat After 7pm works because it caters
to our bodies natural instincts.
Me: What was the most surprising discovery when you were
researching scientific data for the diet?
Joel Marion: That almost everything my college education and
certifications taught me was NOT grounded in published scientific research.
Me: Okay last one is nice and simple if you had to describe
yourself in three words, what would they be?
Joel Marion: Born
To Impact
As I mention this book is truly a great read and the
challenge is even easier and in my opinion is truly helping me lose weight with
no struggle or complaint. I hope this mini interview with Joel Marion helps
answer any questions. Don’t forget Always Eat After 7 PM: The Revolutionary

Eat carbs to lose weight!
Friday, May 29, 2020
This post is brought to you by our sponsor, “Always Eat After 7 PM”. The opinions expressed below are my own.
Yes, the title is correct you can eat carbs and lose weight. As I learned from the book Always Eat After 7 PM by Joel Marion. I recently felt like I need to lose some weight for my vacation coming up this summer, I find that nutrition is always a struggle for me when it comes to trying to lose weight.
So when I received Joel Marion Book I found myself intrigued by the idea of actually having dessert and still losing weight, most of the time we find diets where the number one way to lose weight is avoiding carbs at all cost and that true struggle but with always eat after 7 pm I found out in the book, “Having carbs in the evening is also a great weight loss strategy. When you’re active, your body burns mainly carbohydrates and muscle glycogen for energy. By eating carbs at night, you allow your body to use them to restore glycogen for energy the next day and provide your body with the glucose it needs to regulate your blood sugar levels during sleep.”
So as a woman who loves carbs and dessert I automatically jumped at the chance to try the kick start program for the next month The Always Eat After 7 PM plan consists of: The 14-day Acceleration Phase to kick-start the program and see rapid results, The Main Phase where you’ll learn exactly which foods to eat when in order to achieve your weight-loss goals, The Lifestyle Phase to keep the weight off for good
So I am challenging myself to do the phase kick star and hope you guys will join me! like I mention in will be documenting my progress here on the blog also so stick around for my transformation
