Yes, you guys Foodstirs is at Target and its their Holiday edition mixes. So that means Pumpkin Spice pancake and Chocolate Chippy Pumpkin Bread Mix! And it is so amazing. So if I were you I would run to target and add it to your cart.
We deiced to make the Pancake mix but with a small twist, by making them into waffles. We decided to make a maple syrup with cream cheese and adding brown sugar caramelized walnuts.
The recipe is down below and let me tell you its extremely easy. First step is to make the batter, you can simply do so by following the instructions on the back of the box and use your waffle maker instead of a pan. Bellow you can find the list of ingredients to make the maple syrup cream cheese and the caramelized walnuts.

Cream Cheese:
- Soften cream cheese
- add maple syrup and cinnamon to the soften cream cheese.
- and just mix to soften (Yes, its that easy!.)
Caramelized Walnuts:
- place a cup of walnuts in a pan move them around until they start to toast up
- add a tablespoon of brown sugar and mix until sugar melts

With the summer coming to the end we decide to make one last trip.
We had a small budget and were short time so we (Horchatita sisters) decided to do a small trip to San Francisco (30 minute drive, Bart, or Ferry, the choice is yours) and be tourists for the day. We got to visit new spots we haven't ever been to and of course had good food. That's the thing about living in the Bay Area you have many options of where to go and luckily San Francisco has something at every turn. I hope you enjoy the pictures of our short trip I also included a small video I filmed on my go pro.

And just like that USA took the lead over Jamaica. Making it two to one and winning the gold cup. (It has not been easy as fans know.)
With the gold cup, being hosted here in the bay area at levies stadium. We could just not help and jump on the opportunity to watch our team play.
As a fan it was so exciting to watch these men play in front of me and not just on the TV. Getting to see Clint Dempsey,Tim Howard,Michael Bradley and Jozy Altidore in person playing the game was just amazing (You all know I screamed my head off for Clint Dempsey ). It was just a great way to spend time with family and enjoying the game live.Here is a couple of the picture I took you might not have seen on social media.
