Our first girls trip! As you grow older you gain an independence to have actually trip with friends (or as I like to call them the family you pick. Keep in mind I am related to two of the people on this trip. With my sister graduating and my birthday come up we decided it was the perfect time for our first girl trip we been planning since last year.
We diced to hit the Happiest place on earth Disneyland, and Disney California for the weekend. We luck out and got two nice warm days ( it's been rain and cold in the bay.) so we were able to spend the day enjoying mint julep in the warm sun, followed by other amazing Disneyland food. (Jumbo turkey legs anyone ?)
Since we were already in Southern California we decided to branch out from the park and hit up Horchaeria for horchata inspired food like horchata coffee, (Yes I got an extra large!) we also got horchata ice cream in a concha.
Our last day in Southern California we decided to head out of Anaheim for more food! We went to DoughBoys the brunch was amazing. Since we're close we hit the grove for some shopping, and since we found out when we were in Paris in December that Ladurée opened a store in Los Angeles we got macaron and some pressed juice to start the detox after a weekend of unhealthy-ish eating .
Now time to get back on track and star my next goal before my birthday in April get back into my healthy balance eating.

Skin

Let's be real as a young girl my number one thing I hated was my skin and acne. If you know me in real life you know that acne is a big thing in my life. I break out so easily with any little thing. So I tried everything to fix it from natural herbs to proactive (that dried out my skin.)
So that left me with packing on makeup to cover up my scars and imperfections, and if you know anything about skin. not a good idea!
Now that I'm 24 I started to think of my skin in general, not just acne. So I decided this year I would focus on getting a better brighter skin.I actually blame glossier for reminding me. "Skin first makeup second."
So I bought some of their products and let's just say there not only helping my skin but my acne too.
The main things I am doing right now!
1. Washing my skin morning and afternoon/night.
2.No makeup to the gym (can't stress this enough.)
3.Lots of water through the day and hot water with lemon in the morning.
4.Using face products like a face mask, good face wash, Serums, and moisturizer.
My actual routine is simple:
I do a face mask every Sunday, I use the Mega Greens Galaxy Pack or sometimes an SK-II sheet mask.Every day I wash my face in the morning with Milky Jelly Cleanser also in the evenings, I follow the same routine but I add the Super Pure Serum (best product ever) and Priming Moisturizer Rich.
These simple things have helped my skin I feel like a brand new person even more confident in the no makeup look.I still get my breakout but there not to an extream where I feel like I need to cover my face with makeup.
20% off your first order.

Winter Vacation

Dear Blog,
I know I suck..... I wont lie I'm just bad at this whole posting on here thing.I was even debating just deleting this whole blog.I just work to hard on the whole set up to just give up on Blogging. I totally even forgot to make posting/writing more as a new year resolution (shrugs).
So here I am finally writing/sharing pictures from my winter trip to Europe. We decided to travel to somewhere cold this year for our Christmas vacation. So we could see my brother for his birthday, and because it was a trip to Europe who would not use there brother working aboard as an excuse. Our first stop was London and lets just say it was amazing, everything is regal and just plane pretty. What I love the most was how easy it is to commute around the city and how helpful everyone is.
After that we went back to Paris and it was just as amazing as the first time I went. After that we finally meet up with my brother, In Barcelona for our Christmas cruise( Family tradition right there.) we visit 6 locations. All amazing, it truly was best way to spend Christmas and my brothers birthday (Even if he got sick). After that we spent two amazing days in Barcelona and let me just say it made me fall even more in love with Espana. After that we head to Brussels for one day sadly it was also our last trip before heading back home. The one day was so worth it, I wish we could have stayed longer. Over all it was an amazing trip that made me fall in love all over with Europe even.
